What Wanderloom is

Wanderloom is a personal travel planning workspace. It helps you organize trips, build itineraries, and get AI-powered suggestions. It is not a booking platform, travel agency, or financial advisor. All planning decisions are yours to make.

AI assistant disclaimer

The AI assistant provides suggestions based on general knowledge. Prices, schedules, availability, and other details mentioned by the assistant are estimates only. They may be outdated or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making travel decisions or bookings.

Wanderloom is not liable for any losses, missed bookings, incorrect information, or other consequences arising from AI-generated suggestions.

Boost purchases and refunds

Boost packs are one-time purchases that add AI credits to your account. All Boost purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and remain available as long as your account is active.

Prices are listed in USD at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Wanderloom does not store your payment details.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

You may provide your own OpenAI API key as an alternative to Boost packs. Your key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and is only decrypted when making API calls on your behalf.

You are responsible for managing your own OpenAI account, billing, and usage limits. Wanderloom is not responsible for charges incurred on your OpenAI account.

Your content and data

You own the content you create in Wanderloom, including trips, itineraries, notes, and uploaded files. We do not claim any rights over your content.

Uploaded files are stored privately and are never shared with third parties or sent to any AI service. This is a hard technical boundary.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, overloading the system with automated requests, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Service availability

Wanderloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. If the service is discontinued entirely, we will provide reasonable notice so you can export your data.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

If your account is terminated, any remaining Boost credits are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderloom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or damages resulting from travel decisions made based on AI suggestions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
